FAQ
Q: Why does the red light turn on after unlocking?
A: After each correct unlocking, the system will automatically check the battery voltage. If the voltage is normal, there will be no prompt. If the battery voltage is low, the red light will turn on, alerting the user to replace the battery.
Q: The red light is flashing with a "beep-beep" sound, and the password doesn’t work. What's the reason?
A: If the wrong password is entered three times consecutively for the first time, the system will lock for 20 seconds, prohibiting further input. The second will lock for 2 minutes. The third time will lock for 5 minutes. Subsequent wrong password attempts will follow the same cycle of 20 seconds, 2 minutes, and 5 minutes. Please wait for the lock mode to be released and enter the correct password.
Q: If the yellow light turns off, the red-light flashes once, followed by a long beep sound, what does it mean?
A: This means that setting the password is not successful. Repeat the steps of setting the password, when both the yellow and red lights turn off, the new management password is set successfully.
Q: I can't set a user password.
A: This product needs to change the management password before setting the user passwords.
Q: I tried entering the factory default password "147#," but it didn't unlock. What should I do next?
A: You need to restore the factory setting. Press and hold the red reset button. The red light will flash. After the reset, a long beep will sound for 3 seconds, and the green light will flash 5 times. The factory reset is now complete.
